A LITTLE TRANSPARENCY
Email privacy
Your email, briefly.
Who handles your data
David Löfler is the data controller. Contact: work@davidlofler.cz.
What you sign up for
By signing up and confirming your address by email, you consent to one email introducing the new chapter, with links to the public film and a personal bonus pack. Before the chapter opens, this email will arrive when it is ready; after the opening, it will be sent following confirmation. This is not a newsletter. Your email and confirmation record are processed for this purpose under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Signing up is optional.
Confirmation and delivery
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) manages the confirmation and delivery list. Only confirmed addresses receive the chapter email. Subscription and confirmation records are kept only as needed to deliver the pack and resolve delivery requests, then removed. You can withdraw consent sooner. Delivery and security records may remain under the providers’ retention policies.
Hosting and technical data
Vercel Inc. hosts this website, the film, and downloadable files. It handles requests, including your email when you submit the form. Technical data such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details may be processed to deliver and secure the website, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The application does not log your email.
The bonus pack
The bonus link is delivered by email and can be forwarded by its recipient. It does not require an account.
Provider data terms
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their data terms describe the applicable safeguards: Brevo data terms and Vercel data terms. You can request information using the contact above.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent by emailing me, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. The chapter email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data, where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Questions and complaints
You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local authority. This page uses no analytics or advertising cookies, profiling, or automated decisions about you.
